My wife said it best to me recently - she said maybe you just need to rethink what it is that is 'fun' to you now. You don't enjoy doing the same things as you used to. Now I think you get more joy from writing or cooking or exercising making candles then just gaming or watching TV.
Start to see those creative things that require a bit of focus as fun and then you'll start to stress less about feeling like you should be relaxing more because you'll realise that you are doing what you want to.
