From Sleepyhead to Early Bird: My Secret to Waking Up Energized Every Morning!
If you are cynical about new years resolutions and mantras like ‘new year; new me’ then chances are that you’re either terrible at making changes stick, or you just don’t need therapy.
For me though, resolutions have always been something that I love, something that I do with my family, and something that mostly gets results.
I’m proud to say that in 2022… I became a morning person!
Believe me when I say that it was no easy feat.
As a night owl and compulsive ‘snoozer’ of the alarm, I love my bed and my sleep and everyone knows it. This is most true in the morning when the bed is warm and every position is impossibly comfy… ahhh!
But for whatever reason, I wanted to tackle the seemingly insurmountable task of embracing the new day with the vigour and passion that it arguably deserves.
Yes, morning people are annoying, but… well… don’t they seem just a little bit happier than everyone else (even if they are deranged)?
